Garlic Soup

First batch of this soup was a hit — think garlic forward potato soup. I’d add more garlic next time — roasting an extra 1 or 2 heads. Even better the next day with a drizzle of Jalapeño Pizza Oil (though any sort of oil would add nice elevation).
